Founder and Chairman. Former career in senior management in international pharmaceutical sector with Wellcome, Wyeth and Boots. More than fifteen years’ experience in international executive search, founding Ruston Poole International in 1992.

General Manager, China. Following an academic career at the universities of Oxford and Bath in the UK, Dr Ting has had an extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry, which has included working with the Chinese operations of companies such as Amersham International plc, Johnson and Johnson Inc and GeneMedix plc.
Subsequently he has acted as a consultant to a number of companies in Asia, including Amersham International plc, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Johnson and Johnson.
